Convalescence
Two surgical interventions will be needed. - 1 - Implantation phase - usually a few days - Wait for the bone to heal, between 4 and 5 months. - 2 - Placement of crowns - Usually 5 to 7 nights of stay. No recovery period is required. Good dental hygiene is recommended after placement of an ALL ON solution.

Le traitement

What this treatment involves

Total reconstruction on dental implants is often recommended when the patient has lost all their teeth or has serious dental problems that require the extraction of most or even all remaining teeth.

Thanks to technological advances and modern techniques in dental implantology, it is possible to rebuild a new solid and functional dentition using dental implants as support for prostheses.

This complex procedure involves the strategic placement of dental implants in the upper and/or lower jaw, followed by the attachment of a complete or partial dental prosthesis on these implants. This makes it possible to restore the ability to eat, speak and smile with confidence.

Total reconstruction on dental implants requires thorough planning and accurate assessment of the patient's oral health. Since each case is unique, a team of dental professionals will work together to design a personalized treatment plan that meets the patient's specific needs.

It is important to note that total reconstruction on dental implants is a surgical procedure and may require a healing period, regular dental visits and good oral hygiene to maintain the implants and prostheses in good condition in the long term.

If you are considering total reconstruction on dental implants, it is strongly recommended to consult a dentist specializing in dental implantology in order to assess your situation and determine whether this procedure is suitable for your needs.

Double ALL ON 4

The ALL ON 4, ALL ON 6 and ALL ON 8 solutions

The principle is to install between 4 and 8 implants (ALL ON 4, ALL ON 6 and ALL ON 8) to support the complete jaw. The goal is to be able to rebuild a complete dentition that can range from 12 to 14 crowns.

Total reconstructions are complete jaw reconstructions with fixed solutions (non-removable by the patient).

ALL ON 4 or ALL ON 6, how to choose?

An example of ALL ON 4 result

The choice of the ALL ON 4 or ALL ON 6 implants solution (or 8) is often determined by the amount of bone available to place the implants.

The implants are placed strategically so as to be able to receive the chewing load transmitted by the crowns.

The crowns are of course linked together (implant-supported bridge) so as to distribute the load and to benefit from a dentition with more teeth than support points (there are more teeth than implants).

With ALL ON 4, the bridge is often larger and covers some gum. This is called a complete prosthesis on implants.

Implant-supported bridges on ALL ON 6

With ALL ON 6, these are often crowns alone, there is rarely any gum coverage.
