ALL-ON-4 and ALL-ON-6 Technologies for Complete Dental Rehabilitation on Implants
All-on-4 is a full-arch restoration technique that anchors a complete fixed prosthesis to just four strategically placed implants, providing patients with a new set of teeth in a single jaw.
Before you travel
At a glance
- Duration
- 2 trips will be required to complete the treatment due to the waiting time for osseointegration. - The first trip is for 3 working days.* - The second trip is for 5 working days.* A period of 4 to 6 months is required between the trips. *The exact timing of each trip and the wait between them should be discussed with the oral surgeon. An ALL ON 4 is completed in a total of 6 months.
- Anaesthesia
- Complete jaw restoration in a single procedure. Quick recovery compared to other dental techniques. No need for bone grafts. Improvement in facial aesthetics. Disadvantages of All-on-4 The prosthesis is often larger. The prosthesis covers some of the gums in most cases. Minor adjustments may be necessary over time.

Le traitement
What this treatment involves
All on 4 on Upper and Lower
This approach represents the most minimalist full-arch solution available. Four implants per jaw serve as the foundation for a screw-retained prosthesis that recreates an entire dental arch. The screw-retained design means the prosthesis attaches directly to the implants via screws rather than being cemented onto abutments, allowing for easier maintenance and adjustments.
The prosthesis itself extends over the gum line as a complete unit, distinguishing it from the individual crown restorations used in All-on-6 treatments.
This four-implant configuration proves particularly valuable in cases where bone volume has diminished significantly in the posterior regions—the areas around the second premolars and molars where the additional implants for All-on-6 would typically be positioned.
